Fitness has been a passion of mine for many years now. I took that passion into academics where I studied Kinesiology at the University of Maryland. My intent was to form an in-depth foundation of knowledge that would allow me, as a trainer, to give people the best possible results in their fitness goals, and I have been utilizing that foundation for a year now to provide my clients with confidence in and out of the gym. My focus in training is providing a well rounded program design that is enjoyable and inviting, but technical and instructive enough to provide attainable results. 

I strongly believe that the foundation to any consistent and manageable routine is to find a discipline in exercise that gives you enjoyment and purpose. In my own training, I managed to find a discipline that I truly love in competitive powerlifting, and as a trainer I strive to make sure that every person I work with is able to find something that they love doing. 

Whatever your goals may be, come to me with passion and motivation, and I will make sure that it is not wasted. I look forward to being a part of your journey towards a better you!
