Rocky is a human performance coach who helps individuals, teams, and organizations maximize their potential and achieve their goals. He focuses on developing and optimizing cognitive, emotional, and physical functioning to enhance overall productivity, well-being, and success.
Clients will work with a coach who is focused on their unique lifestyle, using a holistic approach. He considers the skill- based aspects of performance but also emotional intelligence, resilience, and stress management of a client. Your goal is his goal. He will help you achieve your goal through clear, measurable, and challenging benchmarks, which will help develop strategies and action plans. He uses performance analysis feedback to support clients to help identify their strengths and weaknesses.
He uses a tailored approach to coaching by using needs analysis, which enables a customized coaching style for the client’s needs. He is results-oriented, using different tools to track progress and accountability measures to ensure that clients are making progress toward their goals.
Rocky possesses a B.S. in Business Administration and is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Human Performance, Strength and Conditioning. He has been a NETA certified personal trainer since 2018, and is CPR/AED certified, Tactical Strength and Conditioning-Facilitator certified, Functional Movement Screening-certified. He is an Army combat veteran who served in leadership roles training senior leaders, and he is currently serving in the Army Reserves.
