I’m Alicia Saunders & I was never an athlete growing up. I avoided gym class in middle school as much as I could! But as I grew older, I learned more & more about how important movement & nutrition are to keeping our minds & bodies happy & healthy.
I became much more active in college while earning my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland College Park & there’s been no turning back since! Movement & exercise makes me feel good…strong…confident & I love helping my clients feel the same way.
