Come to the Interest Meeting on Dec 14th, 9AM at Chiseled Life Gym. Find out more about the program and how the Carnivore diet can help you reach your goals. Meet other people who are going to do it and meet your coach.

The Challenge starts with a FB Live video on Jan 10th at 6PM. You’ll have the weekend to prep and get down to business on Jan 13th. Don’t worry, Its a very simple program and you won’t spend hours prepping. Just eat when you’re hungry and maintain a solid workout routine.

We use biometrics to track your body composition. You’ll have access to a PRIVATE Facebook group just for you to talk with your coach, ask questions, and share what’s going on. There will be weekly FB Live videos to keep you learning and motivated to keep going.

After just 6 weeks, I found that I had a lot more energy throughout the day and felt like I recovered much quicker after workouts. After the 6 weeks, I had lost almost 20 pounds and was down almost 9% body fat with little or no muscle loss. Since then I’ve set a lot of personal records in my lifts. I can say that whenever I “cheat” and do not follow the program for even a few days, I can definitely feel a negative effect on my body.
