About Lara

Growing up in an active household with a “try it once” motto led to a variety of competitive sports and recreational activities at the epicenter of Lara’s life since she was a kid. She’s carried that motto with her, having the good fortune to discover new avenues of sport and activity as an adult.

 

Her range of experience and instruction over the past 10+ years includes Indoor Cycling, Power and Olympic weightlifting, Yoga, and CrossFit. Also a certified Personal Trainer, she aims to not only help each client reach their individual goals but learn to move better in the process.
