MISSION:

HIIT is geared to the specific physical demands of the military, police, fire fighters and first responders. The program will address strength, power, conditioning/endurance, and flexibility while incorporating proper movement prep and recovery to prevent injuries.

Designed to challenge you mentally & physically to help prepare you for ANY situation.

Child care is OPEN Saturday and Sunday from 9am–12:30pm
