    Athletic Strength & Performance Coach

    Ryan helps youth to collegiate athletes boost speed, agility, performance, athleticism, strength & overall injury prevention. His unique group programs provide high-value training in a familiar team-focused environment.

  • Kaylee Weaver

    Personal Trainer

    Kaylee focuses her training on performance. She has a variety of personal and educational experiences, including collegiate track & field and powerlifting all while pursuing a degree in Physical Therapy. Whether it be to prepare for sport, competition or to keep up with your kids, Kaylee has you covered,

  • Alec Goenner

    Krav Maga Instructor

    Alec is our Lead Instructor for Krav Maga & has worked with some of the top athletes within this field and industry. He has over 3000 hours of advanced instructor training, has trained Special Forces, military & police in self-defense tactics, & has been featured in several Krav Maga books, tutorials and online programming.
